Made from organic cotton which is very breathable and durable. Hip belt is heavily padded and comfortable for the adult.
German ergonomic design which distributes the weight of the child and has built-in infant seat which allows baby to sit comfortably in 'M' position. Personally, we weren't comfortable with other carriers where the weight of the baby is supported at the baby's groin. Also, other carriers require purchase of additional attachment to carry an infant.
It has the widest adjustable range to fit the petite or taller and larger parent. This is great when both parents have different built.
It's one of the few baby carriers which provide full support for infant's neck.
Ingenious design allows adjustment while carrying the baby - tighten when baby is asleep and loosen when baby is awake and wants more freedom.
Baby can be carried in front during infant stage, or on the side or behind like a backpack as they grow older.
Manduca carriers takes strain off the adult's back by distributing baby's weight to the hips. This is especially important since parents will be carrying them for long periods.
